Please join us in listening and learning from one of Canada's well known experts in organic gardening and pest management.  Dr Gilkeson has been busy since her  education at McGill university, where in 1986 she received her PhD in Entomology.  She is well known as an advisor to  the provincial government, and many other organizations on the topic of pest management.

She gives frequent  workshops in pest management and is passionate about organic gardening.  She has written many books including a comprehensive gardening book called Backyard Bounty: The Complete Guide to Year-Round Organic Gardening in the Pacific Northwest.  She also heads a email column to which you can subscribe.
